Q: When I refuel, will I show my AVCLUB luggage tag instead of my AVTRIP card?
A: No, you'll want to keep using your AVTRIP card whenever you refuel at participating AVTRIP dealers to obtain your AVTRIP points. For AVCLUB Rewards that require you to have the AVCLUB luggage tag with you, you'll want to have both your AVCLUB tag and your AVTRIP card. However, we can always look you up and award your points if you leave us with your contact information, like a business card.

Q: I reached 5000 AVTRIP points, why haven't I received a U.S. Savings Bond yet?
A: Savings Bonds are issued at the end of every quarter. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to process your bonds and mail them to you. If you are concerned about a potentially missing bond, please feel free to contact us at 888-4AVTRIP (888-428-8747, ext. 263).

Q: How do I change my contact information?
A: You may go on our website to select my account to update your member information.

Q: What can I do with these AVTRIP points?
A: AVTRIP points are redeemed for United States Savings Bonds. Bonds are issued at the end of each quarter when your account reaches 5000 points. The points may be awarded in your name, the name of your spouse, children, grandchildren or other special person. Points may also be earned in the name of a charitable organization.
